Cong Nguyen

Mechanical knowledge. A Red Seal foundation. A lasting passion for craft cultivation.

Cong Nguyen brings more than 15 years of mechanical and environmental experience to Green Light Brands. His Red Seal trade background and certifications with rigorous compliance requirements have shaped an approach built on precision, accountability and respect for the work.

Years spent actively working in the field alongside legacy growers connect that technical foundation with practical cultivation knowledge. He understands the systems around the plants and values the experience of the people who care for them.

At Green Light, Cong brings mechanical and environmental expertise together with a passion for craft flower and a foundation in compliance. His focus is on supporting a growing environment where careful practices, sound systems and attentive cultivation work together.

Lighting, irrigation, airflow and climate are part of that picture. The growers' observations are another. Cong's approach is to connect the two: understand the environment, listen to the people working in it and keep learning from each cultivar.

His goal is quality craft flower, supported by the discipline of his trade and the care that cultivation demands. That combination of technical experience, practical responsibility and attention to the plant shapes his contribution to Green Light Brands.
